Want to know what Troop 48 is about?  Watch our short video!

Adventure is waiting…
what are you waiting for!?

Troop 48 is for all boys aged 11 to 17 (or Cub Scouts aged 10 and older who have finished the Arrow of Light Award or for boys aged 10 or older who are in 5th Grade after March 1 of the year).  You don’t need to have any Scouting experience.  You don’t need to be from Berlin (we have Scouts from Berlin Borough, Berlin Township, Winslow, Atco, Voorhees, Pine Hill, and other area towns).  You just need to want to head out into the woods to look for ADVENTURE from canoeing to ziplining, biking to caving, hiking to fishing, and backpacking to whitewater rafting!

Click on the links below for answers to the THREE most important questions that you’ll probably have!

What’s it cost?

When do you meet/what is the time commitment?

Can I be a leader?

OR just come check us out (risk free!) at a meeting at “the shed” at Holy Communion Lutheran Church (See Where do We Meet?) most Wednesday nights between 7 and 8:30 PM (please call or e-mail first, just to make sure that we aren’t having an off-site outing that night)!  The boy can go get involved in the Scout meeting with the other Scouts to see what it’s like.  The parent can ask any questions that they might have and talk to some of the adults and scouts there about what we do.
